While far from gourmet fare...the sandwiches are quite fine, as are the fries and 'slaw. I haven't had one but the shakes look good, very good as do the other sweets. The owner Brian is a rider, and he and his wife work hard with the rest of their staff making this a great place to stop.

CASH only, no plastic.

Located a few blocks from the Route 66 Museum on "D" Street (just north of I-15, D Street exit...across from Amtrak) and a hop, shift, and a jump from US 395 in Adelanto for those travelling north to Ridgecrest or beyond.

Tried this out last year per Gordy's suggestion. The BLT and fries hit the spot. Will try again on when future rides take me past here.

Be sure to ask for the house blend katchup.

The Holland Burger has good food, and Brian and Shannon are awesome folks. As stated above, bring cash and get there before noon if you want to eat. The place is really small and usually packed. It's ill suited for a group ride of over 4-5 unless you're ready to wait an hour or more to sit together..
